American Federal Period Hand-crafted Bust Profile Silhouette of President George Washington, shaped from heavy black cardstock, no maker, placed on a white background. Housed in a period oval frame under glass, measuring overall 4.25” x 5.75” and includes the brass suspension loop at top. The underlying tan color backing card has a minor outer edge chip at 7:00 lower left not affecting the historic silhouette as shown. The image is carefully cut to expose details of George Washington’s clothing at his neck and breast, plus to show nice detail to his hair. |
