c. 1775 18th Century Revolutionary War Era, British Royal Lion Face Design Buckle from a Naval Officer’s Sword Belt, Choice Extremely Fine.

An impressive 3.3 inches long x 1.1 inches wide, gorgeous Gold-plated Brass Buckle from a British Naval officer's sword belt with two high-relief Royal Lion faces as decorations in excellent original condition. The surfaces are sharp, show slight wear having most of its original gold gilt remaining as shown with its original central clasp fully intact.
