“The United States” Official US Arsenal Baltimore, Receipt
September 4th, 1816-Dated, Partially-Printed Official Baltimore Arsenal Receipt to “The United States,” Choice Extremely Fine.

“The United States” Original boldly printed official receipt, measuring 6.5” x 7.75” completed and signed in manuscript. It reads, in part: “Received of Lieutenant N. Baden... $103.50... for two hundred and seven Bushels of limes from the U.S. arsenal, Balt..” Blank reverse, written legibly in rich brown ink on crisp laid paper.
