Four Engraved Portraits ranging in size from 10.5" x 7.5" to 12.5" x 10.25".

1. John Quincy Adams, "From the original painting by Chappel, in the possession of the publishers." Adams leans against a table and supports himself with a chair; with facsimile signature below: "J.Q. Adams".

2. Rutherford B. Hayes, "Engraved on steel by Geo. E. Perine, New York from photo furnished expressly for this engraving by Hon. R.B. Hayes." Facsimile signature below: "R.B. Hayes".

3. William H. Seward, "Painted by Alonzo Chappel", Johnson, Fry & Co. Publishers, New York. Seward is seated before a desk overcome by papers, a "Likeness from the latest Photograph from life." Facsimile signature beneath portrait, "William H. Seward".

4. John Tyler, "Engraved by A.L. Dick, from a Daguerreotype Miniature by A. Morand. Junr." As President of the United States. His facsimile signature beneath the portrait: "John Tyler". Some toning, foxing, and worn edges; else very good.
