Vol. III, No. 118, complete, 4-column layout, 11.25" x 16" with 16 pages, disbound. Front page has an engraving of a major Railway Accident in Canada. On 12th page is an Engraved Map, "Map of the Route to Pike's Peak." with an accompanying report. The participants in that Gold Rush were known as "Fifty-Niners" after the year 1859, the peak year of the rush, and often used the motto "Pike's Peak or Bust."
