1965 "Profiles in Courage" by John F. Kennedy this example with a Special Foreword by Robert F. Kennedy. Published by "Hamish Hamilton, London", 7 x 4.25" English paperback edition, in original pictorial wrappers, 240 pages. This exceedingly rare copy comes from the famed Boston dealer and John F. Kennedy expert Maury Bromson's personal holding. (His original price sheet is included, which shows it being offered (18+ years ago!) for $1,750.). A great item for John F. Kennedy and Presidential collectors The cover shows slight rubbing, minor loss at bottom into three letters, strongly bound, in overall choice condition. On the half-title page is mounted a small label in red print, which reads Not For Sale, Sample Complete Copy. Tipped in front is a small piece of white paper on which is printed in black: With the Compliments Of Lawrence Pollinger Limited. 18 Maddox Street. Mayfair, London, W.1. This appears to be a unique copy in collector hands, OCLC reports that only (3) British Libraries and (1) Irish Library have copies, and apparently NOT in the JFK Library.
