1791 & 1829-35 Love Letter and Manuscript Document
1791 & 1829-35-Dated, Two items including a Love Letter and Manuscript Invoice Document, Very Good.
Both items are easily readable, yet worn with splitting at the folds and edge wear, yet the content is interesting for the period.

1. October 2, 1791-Dated Manuscript Letter Signed "Ephraim Brown," measuring about 7" x 6.5" on laid paper. Mr. Brown writes addressed to his wife "Miss Judith Brown Standish'.

2. Accompanied by Manuscript handwritten invoice, measuring about 7.5" x 4.75" on period laid paper. The top of the invoice reads: "John Goodwin to E.S. Brown" and details purchases from May 26, 1829 to Dec. 25, 1835, for things such as "one barrel of cider" and "seven bushels of apples," Hay, rental of Oxen (likely for plowing), greese, and other period use items which makes this record of good interest. (2 items).
