This 2 page Letter discusses possible business of selling a couple tracts of land in New York if the offer is enough. Blank stamped: “NEW YORK * March*14” Postal Stamped on its mailing cover. Some minor losses to edges, foxing and minor staining. Docket reads: “James Clinton / March 14th 1790” and “Receiv’d 16 March”. Nicely handwritten in rich brown ink on clean laid period paper with a choice signature “James Clinton”. |
