Confederate Spy, Belle Boyd, also famously known as the "Siren of the Shenandoah". This pleasing, nice quality Ink Silhouette is of a young woman having good style and detail. It has a very strong resemblance to Belle Boyd, the famous historic Civil War Confederate Spy from Virginia. The image shows virtually no wear being on a tan background. The silhouette image measures about 3” x 3.5” and is period framed under glass to 5.5” x 7.25” including the floral decorative brass suspension loop at top. |
