c. 1927 (Transatlantic Flight), Souvenir Brass Metal Lapel Pin, 2” x 1”, Attached to its original Printed Portrait Souvenir Card, measuring 2.75” x 3.75” with its Pinback fully intact. This Lapel Pin is in the image of the plane Lindbergh flew from New York to Paris on May 20-21, 1927. Its original pin is still attached and fully functions. This Card has a printed central image of Pilot Charles Lindbergh shown in his flight helmet gear and reads, “First Flight New York to Paris / May 20-21, 1927 - 33 1/2 Hours.” Above the image “Col. Charles Lindbergh and Spirit of St. Louis” below. A similar example in our August 25, 2017 EAHA Auction, lot 261, sold for $240. A wonderful, original example.
