Virginia Currency. March 1, 1781. Act of Assembly. Fifty Spanish Milled Dollars or Fifteen Pounds. PCGS graded Uncirculated-62.

Fr. VA-204b. Well printed on very clean thick laid period paper, Signed by B. Stark, J. Lyne, and J. Hopkins. Holder states details and the PCGS nonsensical term masking (meaning it is so nice they cannot determine if anything was done to make it look better). Uniface, measuring 100mm x 80mm. An amazing crisp fully signed note with choice eye appeal for both its outstanding overall quality, as well as its world-class appearance. Having four relatively wide to huge margins. Easily as fine as virtually any note in this offering and very rare in this Crisp Uncirculated quality.

Pedigree: Ex F.C.C. Boyd Estate; Stack's sale of the John J. Ford, Jr. Collection, Part XV, October, 2006, Lot 8812.
