An above average example of quality and eye appeal for this issue, even if compared to a more common “genuine” note.
A very rare circulating Colonial Contemporary Counterfeit note on New York. The blank reverse side is clean, the PCGS holder states apparent splits, tears, repairs, masked stains, design redrawn (near very center). This rare Counterfeit is Signed (falsely) by Walter Franklin and Samuel Verplank.
