c. 1930 Dunham's Catalog of US Coins, Hard Times Tokens, & Encased U.S. Postage Stamps, Very Fine.

First Edition Auction Catalog, circa 1930 with 48 pages, measuring 6" x 8.5" fully titled: “Easy Finding List... Canadian and United States... US Colonial and Territorial... Coins... Hard Times Tokens... Encased U.S. Postage Stamps, by Wm. F. Dunham, ANA 361.” This important catalog listing values of the various indicated issues by denomination, date and in several quality conditions. This was the precursor to the more extensive Wayte Raymond and Yeoman publications of later years. Published when he was over 70 years of age, William Dunham was a prominent numismatist of the era, his extensive collection of rarities was auctioned by B. Max Mehl in 1941. A rare sale, lacking in most numismatic libraries.
