1787 Immunis Columbia, Copper Pattern, with Eagle Reverse, PCGS graded Genuine Very Fine Detail.

This rare 1787 Immunis Columbia Cooper with Eagle Reverse is PCGS Certified Genuine, with Very Fine Details. The Whitman Guide Red Book lists this popular major type at $3,000 in Very Fine. This example deep rich brown in overall patina having somewhat evenly granular surfaces are noted on the reverse side, thus its holder states environmental damage, whereas its obverse side shows much cleaner details. Both sides are well centered. The sharp “1787” date is mostly visible on the planchet edge.
