1865 Stereoview titled, "LINCOLN MEMORIAL. DISSECTED LEAVES." with Lincoln Protrait by Anthony, New York City, Very Fine.

This historic Stereoscopic photo is titled, "LINCOLN MEMORIAL. DISSECTED LEAVES.", published by E. & H.T. Anthony & Co., American and Foreign Stereoscopic Emporium, 501 Broadway, New York, issued in 1865 following the Assassination of President Abraham Lincoln by John Wilkes Booth at Ford’s Theater. It shows an artistic display arrangement of "Dissected Leaves" surrounding a black Crucifix on which is an oval Portrait of Lincoln, with his name and "Died April 15, 1865" on the Crucifix as well. Original paper label of explanation is affixed to the reverse. Crease at bottom left corner of the mount and a few handling traces on the reverse. A scarce Lincoln Memorial image.
