1856 House of Reps. Debate over Kansas as a Slave State
July 11, 1856, "Minority Report", by Mr. Mordecai Oliver, on the U.S. House of Representatives Debate over the Kansas Issue of Slavery, Very Fine.
Original 67-page Imprint, disbound, measuring 5.5" x 9", some separated pages, minor foxing, and a faint fold down the center of the pamphlet. Mr. Mordecai Oliver, along with two other men, were "appointed by the House of Representatives to investigate the state of affairs in Kansas".
