8.5" x 10.75" sepia-toned image on original mount, 13.25" x 17.5". Most likely produced by the 19th-century "Langaki," or Zangaki as he was sometimes known, who worked independently in Egypt during the 1860s, then formed a partnership with "Arnoux" around 1880. A very sharp vista of wooded dwellings, and a pillared building on the top of hill in the distance. Foxing to mount, and chipped corner. Perfect for matting and display. |
